Appointment & Cancellation Policy
At Demarche Salon, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. In order to maintain the highest level of service and fairness to all clients, the following policies apply to all bookings.
By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

Appointment Deposits
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
• Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service booked.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.
• Deposits will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Deposits are non-transferable to another person.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Any cancellation or reschedule request made within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a 50% charge of the total booked service cost.
• If you choose to reschedule within the 48-hour window, the 50% fee will still apply.
This policy ensures fairness, as late changes do not allow sufficient time to fill the reserved appointment slot.

One-Time Courtesy Reschedule
Clients may reschedule an appointment once outside of the 48-hour window without penalty.
Any additional reschedule requests (even if made outside of 48 hours) will be treated as a cancellation and may result in loss of deposit or applicable fees.

No-Shows
• Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment with or without notice will result in an automatic 50% charge of the full booked service cost.
• Future bookings may require full payment upfront.

Late Arrivals
• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted to fit the remaining time.
• If sufficient time is not available to perform the service safely and properly, the appointment may be cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply.

Card on File Authorization
A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment.
By booking, you authorize Demarche Salon to charge the card on file for:
• Cancellation fees
• No-show fees
• Outstanding balances
• Applicable late fees
You agree not to dispute charges that are in accordance with this policy.

Emergency Situations
Emergencies and illnesses are understood on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Demarche Salon. Supporting documentation may be requested in certain circumstances.

Service Adjustments & Satisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please notify the salon within 7 days of your appointment. Adjustments may be offered at no charge if deemed necessary and appropriate.
No refunds are issued on completed services.

Right to Refuse Service
Demarche Salon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or failure to comply with salon policies.

Demarche Salon reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. The version in effect at the time of booking will apply.
